During a town council meeting, mayor Chiamparino gets upset because some citizens criticized him for the mismanagement of the Turin Stadiums (one, built for the Olympics in 2006, is too small and unfit for football; the other one has been sold for a ridiculously low price to Juventus FC, owned by Turin's most influential family). At the first comment from the audience, citizens are expelled from the room; in the end, Chiamparino - who was re-elected thanks to the popularity gained when Torino FC went bankrupt and he helped in finding a new owner - makes fun of them with "Via, via" ("Go, go") and then with a disheartening "Tanto non mi servono più" ("Anyway, I don't need them any more.") .
