Il DiScodellaSettimana (WeekBowl’s, in inglese) mi permetterà di introdurvi qualche bel brano che non capirete mai dove ho pescato; o, in alternativa, qualche pezzo estremamente commerciale che però imperversa al momento nelle mie playlist.
Per cominciare, questa settimana sulla mia AirPort trovate i The Raconteurs, che poi sarebbero il nuovo progetto del signor White dei White Stripes. Ecco, adesso ditemi che non sapete chi sono i White Stripes… Comunque il brano è una sega elettrica attraverso il cervello come non si vedeva dai tempi dei Queens of the Stone Age; il testo, leggetevelo da soli. Ma soprattutto, andate a vedere il sito.

Il titolo del disco non lo ricordo, ma il singolo “Seven Nation Army” un paio d’anni fa imperversava dappertutto.

Jack White è un mito, pazzoduro e gran intrattenitore di palco, Consiglio a chi non conosce ancora i White Stripes i loro due album GAAAANZI: Elephant e Get behind ME SATAN! e. Buon ASCOLTO E RICORDATE AMICI UOUOUO!!! ROCK N’ ROLL FOREVER

Chi non conosce i White Stripes?!!!!! Anche chi non ascolta questo genere di musica non può non essere stato bombardato dal “poporopopopo” canticchiato ovunque in versione “house” durante e dopo i mondiali di calcio……..la cantavano tutti e se chiedevi di chi fosse ti guardavano stralunati….

IL CD DOVE C è LA CANZONE SEVEN NATION ARMY è ELEPHANT MA QUALCUNO SAPEVA CHE IL VERO NOME DI JACK WHITE è JOHN ANTHONY GILLIS E CHE MEG WHITE NELL ANAGRAFE SI CHIAMA VERAMENTE MEG WHITE E X QUELLI CHE CONOSCONO SEVEN NATION ARMY COME POPOPOPO ANDATE AD ASCOLTARE UN PO DI VERA MUSICA..
